There are a lot of guitar teachers out there but how can you decide which one to choose? The answer is simpler than you may think. To find the answer to this dilemma, you must first ask yourself what it is you want from the teacher. If you are just looking for someone to give you a few pointers and teach you a few impressive riffs or licks to show your friends, then it would be a safe bet that most if not all that are advertising near you will fit the bill; however, if you are looking to become a serious musician and have hopes of playing with other musicians or maybe having a future career as session guitarist, join a professional band or even become a teacher yourself at some point then a little research must be done for you to select the teacher that's right for you.
At Musical Six Strings you will be taught by a classically trained virtuoso guitar teacher. who is not only a trained musician but also a trained teacher. You will be trained to the standards set out by the current musical examination authority and follow the same curriculum as used by the Trinity College of London. We cater for students that may just want to hone their current skills, learn a few party pieces or embark into a professionally structured course that sets out to take you through from grade initial through to grade eight. In the later scenario we not only train you to the highest standards expected by the qualifications board; we also arrange and support our students through each exam but whatever your requirements, you can always be rest assured that with Musical Six Strings you are being taught in the correct manner and not picking up someone else’s bad habits.
